CES 2010 is welcoming its share of 3D-capable Blu-ray players, as Sony’s new line Blu-ray line features a Blu-ray 3D playback model.

It joins Toshiba, which introduced its 3D-ready BDX3000.

The new product announcements come on the heels of the Blu-ray 3D spec being finalized in December 2009.

Sony’s 3D capable BDP-S770 Blu-ray player also features Wi-Fi connectivity and allows for instant streaming of online content.

iPhone or iPod touch users can control the BDP-S770 using a free application downloaded from the Apple App store.
