HTSA Names Kathleen Marini Marketing Director
The Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA) has appointed Kathleen Marini as its new director of marketing.
Recently the group hit the 60-member plateau with the addition of S3 Entertainment in November. It also strengthened its vendor roster with the likes of Pakedge and Key Digital.
Today the group enhanced its member and vendor relationships with the announcement of Kathleen Marini’s hiring as its director of marketing.
Marini brings more than 25 years of marketing experience to the position, including her most recent role as global marketing manager for Panduit.
She also helped to grow market share and revenue during previously at Alcatel, NEC and 3Com.
“The adoption of social media, the dramatic growth of content marketing and the untapped opportunities in web marketing to complement traditional marketing make this a very exciting time at HTSA,” she says. “I look forward to working with our members and vendors, understanding their goals and resources and by working together we can drive demand and strengthen the businesses of our HTSA members.”
Adds Hana: “This is an important strategic investment for HTSA as we strengthen our resources to provide vastly improved marketing services and support with an increased ability to generate demand and new clients for our members. This is a key role whose primary mission is to work closely with members and manufacturers to create new and effective programs helping HTSA members go to market more effectively.”
