Electronics Design Group Hosts Lighting Control Seminar
"Practical Applications for Residential Light Control" covers dimming technology, system components, wall design and more.
Electronics Design Group (EDG) is hosting a two-session program on "Practical Applications for Residential Light Control" on Wednesday, April 30.
Designed for architects, builders, and interior designers, the seminar covers the latest in dimming technology, required system components, clean wall design, control of preset scenes, system integration, space allocation, astronomical and time clocks, and security enhancements.
Attendees will analyze practical application and benefits for lighting control systems in residential spaces and evaluate scenarios where lighting control systems can improve aesthetics, enhance functionality, and increase efficiency.
"As a registered provider of Continuing Education Systems for the AIA and ASID, we're lucky to be equipped with a credentialed team of electronics experts and the ability to offer valuable seminars such as this one," says EDG president Bob Gullo.
"For the architecture and interior design communities, the opportunity to interact with an industry expert like Robert Newell, who uses of-the-moment lighting technology in his work, is invaluable."
The program will conclude with a tour of the EDG Experience Center, where installations featuring the latest in custom electronic integration are available for hands-on trial.
The session costs $40 and offers the following credits: AIA - 1 HSW LU, ASID - .1 CEU.
