6 Great Home Health Products
Home health vendors target the channel with everything from simple senior-friendly computers to sophisticated whole-house monitoring solutions.
For at least three years, CE Pro has encouraged integrators to explore a promising new market for home technology: seniors and other adults who need a little help living independently.
This year, we took our coverage to a new level with the industry's first Home Health Technology Pavilion at the 2010 Electronic House Expo in March. The pavilion featured six vendors who believe CE pros are well positioned to bring beneficial technologies to the elderly and disabled, as well as their caretakers.
While some of the products at EHX targeted the entire house, others solved one or two simple but important problems facing seniors. Regardless, they all provide new opportunities for integrators and the communities they serve.
