Liaison Technology Group (Liaison) has just wrapped up its first-ever Liaison Connect event, located at the Harpeth Hotel in Franklin, Tenn. The event saw over 50 of its team members from across the country convene for what the firm is calling “three days of leadership discussions, strategic collaboration, and company-wide connection.”
Throughout the week, attendees participated in leadership updates, collaborative workshops, breakout sessions, marketing discussions and networking opportunities focused on innovation, customer experience, operational growth, and strengthening company culture across its core markets.
The event also played host to several high-profile speakers within the custom integration (CI) industry including former Azione Unlimited President Richard Glikes, Jason Sayen of I AM SAYEN and Marc Fisher of Origin Acoustics.
Inaugural Liaison Connect to become annual event
Company leadership plans for Liaison Connect to become an ongoing annual gathering as the organization continues expanding its national footprint and strengthening alignment across its growing team.
“As Liaison continues growing nationally, it has become important for us to create intentional space for our teams to come together, collaborate, and build relationships across markets,” said Steve Weber, CEO of Liaison Technology Group. “Liaison Connect represents more than a conference—it reflects the direction our company is headed and the culture we’re continuing to build as we grow.”
Event highlights series of growth events at the company
The inaugural gathering marked a major milestone for the company, having set the stage for considerable growth in the month of April from the hiring of Adam Moffit as Director of Programming at the company, to the formation of its own dedicated outdoor lighting division.
Within its growing national footprint, the company says the event serves as an opportunity for creating intentional space for employees from multiple states to come together under one roof for the first time to align around the future vision of the firm.
