WAVE Electronics has announced it has successfully acquired KOA Electronics Distribution, LLC, a highly respected AV, security, and CCTV distributor headquartered in Panorama City, California.
According to WAVE, this strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in WAVE’s expansion across the United States, the progression of which, will allow the company to serve a broader range of customers with an expanded portfolio of products and services.
Mark Fukuda, Chief Executive Officer of WAVE Electronics, expressed his enthusiasm for the acquisition, stating, “I’ve been very impressed with the KOA team over the years and the growth they have accomplished in such a short time.
“I’m very excited to have our teams partner together to expand our overall US footprint to 16 locations. This expansion marks a significant chapter in our 21-year history and will definitely open up opportunities for both companies.
