Someone at Netflix appears to be having a nervous breakdown. Can you blame them? Back in July, Netflix announced plans to separate its streaming and DVD plans. Everyone probably remembers how that panned out. Despite the outcry, Netflix went through with its new pricing plan. The Italian-based company Fine Sounds SpA has acquired SUMIKO, the Berkeley, Calif.- based distribution company that serves the high-performance, luxury A/V market. Fine Sounds is fully owned by the Milan, Italy-based private equity fund Quadrivio and it is the holding company of Sonus faber, Audio Research Corporation and Wadia Digital audio.
