Soundproofing’s New Green Glue Installation Process Is Eco-friendly
Speedload System uses economical and environmentally-friendly five-gallon pails.
The Soundproofing Company has a new system for commercial installation of green glue soundproofing material.
The Speedload System uses economical and environmentally-friendly five-gallon pails. A proprietary dispensing Speedload "gun" is used to pull the green glue from the pails and apply it to standard drywall and subflooring.
"The Speedload System allows for an economy of scale that drives labor and material costs down significantly," says Soundproofing president Ted White.
"The pails are made from recycled content, can be rinsed and re-used, and take up much less space in a dumpster or landfill.
"Of course the Green Glue itself is a green building material, with almost zero VOCs. This is what the commercial market has been waiting for."
