Savant Appoints ANSR as Sales Rep

OSTERVILLE, Mass. — Savant Systems LLC, having led the convergence of an open architecture platform to integrate automation and control, A/V switching, and general purpose computers, has announced the appointment of ANSR as sales representation for Northern California, Northern Nevada & Hawaii.

Founded in 2003 and with offices in Oakland, Sacramento, and Reno, NV, ANSR (Associated Network Systems Representatives) is a division of Associated Lighting Representatives (ALR, Inc), which was founded in 1961. Today, ANSR operates with a staff of nine employees and maintains active relationships with over 600 CEDIA contractors and retailers in their market area, as well as long term relationships with the various residential and commercial design communities. Additionally, ANSR works to guide electrical contractors toward design, installation, and business practices that meet CEDIA standards.

"We think Savant represents the best of all worlds in the control and automation arena," explained ANSR account manager Bob Foppiano. "Savant offers both ease of installation and ease of customization, critical assets for our dealer base and their clients." ANSR is installing a fully operational Savant system in their corporate facility in Oakland, CA. "Our goal is to demonstrate the advantages of Savant's product line to both dealers and end users," Foppiano added.

ANSR also represents ADA, Bryston, Digital Projection, James Loudspeakers, Lutron, ReQuest, Russound, Sonance, Totem Acoustic and other prominent manufacturers in the CEDIA marketplace.
