Free TV Anchors from Moen
If you're not on the CE Pro email list, then you might have missed the offer from Moen for two free SecureMount anchors.
I first wrote about these anchors last year, before Moen debuted the products at the CEDIA Expo. I was a little incredulous but am very curious if they work. Can you really hang a 55-inch TV on dry wall, with no studs?
I'll find out soon enough. I could have taken the easy route and had the PR folks send me the anchors, but I'm hangin' with the regular folks. I should see my SecureMount anchors in about four weeks.
Has anyone tried them?

Thanks Julie… I’ll send my info. Moen must have ended the promo early - the Moen promo flyer indicates that the offer was valid from 7/21 thru 8/11… oh well. As soon as I get them, I’ll install one of my TV’s, take pictures of the installation process, write a review and get it all over to you. Thanks again!

The concept is curious… 55”? I don’t know… I would test it out on my own, but the Moen link for the anchor promo is dead… still available to try? I will install if and when I get them, and post my findings with pics. Thanks.
