JVC to Demo D-ILA 8K Home Theater Technologies at CEDIA Expo 2026

The demonstration will include a Main Theater and Gaming component meant to highlight the 8K capabilities of its flagship D-ILA projectors.

JVC Projectors, Home Theater, has announced it will showcase its latest D-ILA home theater projection technologies at CEDIA Expo 2026 in Denver, Colorado, September 2 – 4, at Booth 3511.

JVC’s booth will feature two immersive theater demonstrations featuring the flagship DLA-NZ900 and DLA-NZ800 8K D-ILA projectors, highlighting the performance of 8K projection for cinematic entertainment and responsive native 4K/120p for large-screen gaming.

According to JVC, the Main Theater Cinematic 8K demonstration will feature:

  • JVC DLA-NZ900 8K D-ILA projector featuring JVC’s proprietary 8K/e-shiftX technology
  • JVC’s exclusive BLU-Escent laser light technology delivers an incredible 150,000:1 native contrast and superior HDR performance
  • Over 33 million pixels on a 165″ Stewart Filmscreen StreamPro multi-masking screen
  • JVC’s latest firmware enhancements, delivering lifelike 3D images with more vibrant colors and deeper black levels

The Gaming demonstration will feature:

  • JVC DLA-NZ800 8K D-ILA projector featuring JVC’s proprietary 8K/e-shiftX technology
  • 100,000:1 native contrast for strong image depth and detail
  • Native 4K/120p gaming with Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), designed to automatically minimize input lag for a smooth and responsive gaming experience
  • A 100-inch Screen Innovations Slate screen, optimized for the immersive gaming environment
  • A live soccer gaming demonstration, allowing visitors to experience the responsiveness of ALLM firsthand on a large display
