At the upcoming ISE 2020 commercial and residential electronics trade event, the L-Acoustics Creations division will show system solutions that address the residential market.
Exhibiting in Hall 7 booth 7-X200, L-Acoustics will demonstrate to professional integrators how its “self-contained, personal auditorium” provides residential integrators with an elegant system that is capable of delivering, “the ultimate audio experience.”
“Island is unprecedented,” boasts Christian Heil, president and founder of L-Acoustics.
“This is not just another loudspeaker. We have designed innovative lifestyle packages that enable specification of a remarkable media environment, inviting listeners in the music. They can share the hyperreal panorama of an orchestra conductor, a musician on stage with a band, a concert pianist at the keyboard or the fast-paced action of a film.
“Reclining in the sumptuous comfort afforded by Island Prestige, users simply close their eyes and they are right there, fully immersed, and as close to an authentic experience as they can possibly be,” says Heil.
L-Acoustics Prestige System Draws From Company’s Years of Product R&D
L-Acoustics points out its Creations division has leveraged its track record of research and development (R&D) tapping into initiatives such as The BluSpace Standard.
This initiative provides 24 independent playback channels to help Creations systems to produce a high level of realism.
Incorporating BluBubbles, which L-Acoustics explains is a, “quintessential listening experience for Island or Ocean. Each stunning object contains a full program of extraordinary music, specially recreated and remixed in order to relay the work exactly as the artist intended it to be heard, calling upon the installation’s exceptional technical and spatial capabilities.”
Through the inclusion of these technologies L-Acoustics continues, the system is said to be capable of matching the human capabilities of spatial resolution through its ability to recreate full, concert-level dynamics.
L-Acoustics Creations Island Prestige system delivers 20,000 watts of power to provide high-headroom, high SPL (sound pressure levels) to reproduce a range of media that includes Dolby Atmos.
According to L-Acoustics, the system complements open plan living spaces, as well as a range of other types of living spaces.
All of the system’s audio and control components are housed within the paneling of the Island Prestige auditorium to help professional integrators install system in just about any type of residential environment.
