Just Add Power Launches 2GΩ Transmitters, Receivers at ISE 2017
Just Add Power's new 2GΩ/3G (2-G-Omega) VGA Transmitter is backward and forward compatible with 1080p and lower resolutions on any 2G (1080p) or 3G (Ultra HD 4K) system.
Exhibiting in booth 5-S112, the HDMI over IP manufacturer will launch its latest product, the new 2GΩ (2-G-Omega) line of Transmitters and Receivers during the ISE show, which takes place on Feb. 7-10 in Amsterdam.
"Our proven track record over the years with 2G being installed in thousands of projects has ushered in our new feature rich 2GΩ lineup of products. Just Add Power just celebrated 25 years of design and manufacturing without changing our philosophy of being evolutionary, not revolutionary," says Ed Quals, president of Just Add Power.
"One example of evolutionary would be that 2GΩ supports all legacy 2G installs. These models are also forward compatible on all new 3G ULtra HDIP projects using 1080p sources and displays, providing a way to make the systems more flexible and cost effective," adds Quals. "We take pride in knowing that our evolutionary product design philosophy not only protects your investment, but a system from Just Add Power actually increases in value over time and gains additional features."
The products are backwards compatible with 1080p and lower resolution sources on any Just Add Power 2G, and they are also compatible with Ultra HD 4K resolutions that are available on its 3G line of products.
