Denon Updates Headphone Lines with Apple Friendly Features
The six new headphone products from Denon range in MSRP from $99 to $299.
Validating its commitment to the headphone category the company has announced six new headphone products that improve upon its earlier product designs. Adding two products to its Music Maniac line, Denon has announced the on-ear AH-D340 and in-ear AH-C250, and Denon says these products address the stringent requirements of audiophiles. Bolstering its Urban Raver series of products, which addresses younger consumers, the company has introduced four new models: the HA-D320RD and AHD320BU on-ear headphones, and the AH-C100RD and AH-C100BU in-ear products.
Denon says all of the new products are shipping and they provide consumers with the performance and value they grown to expect from the brand.
“Since we launched our lineup of lifestyle headphones this past year, we’ve received phenomenal feedback from both longtime Denon fans and consumers who are just now discovering the brand. These new versions of some of our most popular models offer terrific value that will bring Denon’s legacy of craftsmanship, advanced technology and unique lifestyle-specific apps into consumer’s lives,” states Petro Shimonishi, senior global product manager for Denon Headphones.
“We continue to stand by our tagline that Denon headphones are specially engineered to ‘Sound Like You,’ ‘Fit Like You,’ and ‘Move Like You,’ so you can feel the music like never before.”
Denon adds the Music Maniac products are supported through initiatives like the Denon Audio Smartphone App that is engineered to provide audiophiles full control of their music through features such as customizable equalization curves (EQ) and options for Internet radio connectivity. The app also includes an audio player option for Apple’s iPod, iPhone and iPad products that allows for instant playback of music that resides on these devices and for the instant creation of music playlists.
The Urban Raver products are supported by Denon’s Club App that allows users to easily access the Urban Raver Community to update their Facebook and Twitter accounts, and other functions such as the ability to look up their favorite song lyrics. The Denon Club App also offers customizable EQ settings and the ability to search for music on the TuneIn Radio service.
