Vutec Reaches Distribution Agreement with A&T Trade Group
A&T Trade Group is the exclusive Vutec distributor in Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Moldova and the Baltic states.
Pompano Beach, Fla. – A&T Trade Group, a leading Moscow-based Russian distributor of home audio/video and home theater products in Russia, is the exclusive distributor in Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Moldova and the Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania) for Florida-based Vutec Corporation http://www.vutec.com within the video projection screen industry.
"We regard A&T as a very loyal and progressive distribution partner," said Howard Sinkoff, Vutec's president. "The company does an excellent job in the distribution of our products in the various price ranges. At least a third of sales are to the affluent market which prefers the upscale Vision X product line," Sinkoff said.
"Marketing and sales in such significant amounts of Vision X video projection screens signals that the Russian economy is prospering, especially given the increasing numbers of well-to-do consumers," added the Vutec chief.
A&T Trade Group was founded in 1990. The Holding is owned by the Group of Shareholders, headed by Aleksey Kurochkin, the key shareholder. Mr. Kurochkin is very well known in Russian business circles.
In addition to A/V product distribution, A&T owns companies that distribute music instruments, sound and lighting, hi fi equipment, broadcast equipment, luxury yachts, telecommunications, banking and food & beverage.
Annual turnover of the Group is $270 million USD.
The Holding is owned by the Group of Shareholders, in which the key shareholder is Aleksey Kurochkin, whose name is a very well-know in Russian business circles.
Melba Proctor, Vutec’s Director of International Sales, deals with three A&T executives on a daily basis: Nikolay Sokol, Product Manager for Vutec; Alexandra Ivanova, Marketing Manager; and Dmitry Vostrichkin, head of A&T’s installation equipment department.
