SnapAV to Distribute Pro Control Remote Control Systems
SnapAV will distribute the Pro Control line of control products and provide its dealers with easy access to the line through a web portal dedicated to Pro Control.
SnapAV, a manufacturer of more than 1,000 A/V solutions for the residential and commercial channels in the U.S. and Canada, has announced a distribution partnership with Pro Control, a manufacturer of remote control systems.
The newly formed partnership provides the popular specialty electronics manufacturer with a powerful line of control solutions that complement its other product lines.
“SnapAV is known for selling our own brands, like Episode Speakers and Wirepath Surveillance products. But in this case, it made a lot of sense for us to establish a relationship with a third party in order to offer our dealers a category we didn’t have plans to develop ourselves. Pro Contol makes fantastic products that will be great additions to the current product line-up we offer our dealers,” says Adam Levy, senior vice president, SnapAV.
Starting this week, SnapAV will begin shipping Pro Control’s popular Pro24.z and Pro24.r remotes and processors. Dealers will find a dedicated Pro Control support page on the SnapAV website, which offers software downloads and training videos, plus access to comprehensive in-house tech support.
“Dealers have come to rely on our award-winning website for ease of ordering and just-in-time inventory. Adding Pro Control to our offering is just another way we can make their lives easier,” explains Levy.
Out of the box, Pro Control remotes come with a vast control database, which now includes popular SnapAV products, such as the company’s Binary Matrix Switchers and Wirepath DVR product lines for turnkey system integration.
