Sanus Stand Ready for Multimedia Rooms
The BFV53 Audio Video Stand from Sanus has cable management provisions and a rugged construction that features tempered smoked glass and powder-coated heavy gauge steel.
Since the explosion of the flat-panel TV market just over a decade ago, it seems like there’s been a hyper focus by the electronics industry on wall-mount solutions. Industry data however, indicates that a vast majority of homeowners place their shiny new TVs on stands and often times they often look to update their stands to better complement their new TV purchases.
The custom electronics industry is just as guilty as the rest of the market for its unfounded interest in mount solutions and data from various studies show that furniture sales don’t align with flat-panel TV sales. Sanus, a manufacturer of mounts, stands and other A/V system solutions is nevertheless, providing installers with a choice of products that include its new BFV53 Audio Video Stand that enable homeowners to integrate a new flat-panel TV into their homes while accommodating additional electronics. Sanus says the BFV53 has the ability to store devices like cable/satellite set-top boxes, Blu-ray players, Apple TVs, gaming consoles and other devices, while allowing these products to ventilate properly to ensure long and reliable operation.
Sanus says the stand features thick smoked glass shelves that are mounted on a sturdy powder-coated heavy gauge steel frame that is designed for longevity and style. According to the company the BFV53 Audio Video Stand can accommodate TVs up to 56 inches and it is compatible with Sanus’ ELM701 flat-panel TV anti-tip strap and FMS to ensure a TV’s safe placement in a variety of home environments.
