Samsung Launches Blu-ray Resource Center
Resource center features articles, FAQs, products and live chats about Blu-ray.
Samsung Blu-ray Consumer Resource Center
Say bye-bye to all the confusion about Blu-ray. OK, maybe not, but we can wish, right?
Samsung is doing its part to relieve the headaches consumers encounter with Blu-ray with the launch of its Blu-ray Consumer Resource Center.
The Web site is conveniently divided into two categories: "For Blu-ray Owners" and "Looking To Buy Blu-ray." So no matter how in-depth your knowledge about Blu-ray is, the Consumer Resource Center will point you in the right direction.
The resource center features various Blu-ray products, introduces new products and firmware and has FAQs and articles about the latest Blu-ray topics.
There's even live chat support where visitors can have questions answered by Samsung's Blu-ray specialists.
It won't be the end of Blu-ray confusion. But it will certainly help Blu-ray inquisitors of all levels.
