Runco Introduces New Reflection Series Projectors
The RS-440 and RS-900 bring new features, higher levels of quality and performance and CineWide to Runco’s entry-level custom projector offering.

Denver, CO – CEDIA EXPO 2007 – September 6, 2007 – Booth 510 – Runco International, the leaders in home video display and technology, today introduced two new Reflection Series DLP projectors that offer world-renowned Runco performance at a remarkable value.

Home Theater. “Runco’s new Reflection Series models allow more people than ever to discover how special it is to have a Runco home theater.”
The RS-440 is a new platform for Runco that offers 720p DLP high-definition video, HDMI connectivity, horizontal and vertical lens shift with long throw, and a long throw model (Runco RS-440LT), and is Runco’s most affordable 720p projector to date offering the company’s exclusive CineWide 2.35:1 configuration. With the RS-440/RS-440LT, Runco has brought improved contrast, brightness, color and reliability that are unsurpassed in this price class.
Runco’s new RS-900 projector is a single-chip SuperOnyx DLP system. Offering high-definition 1080p resolution and two lens options, including CineWide with AutoScope, the RS-900 is now the most affordable 1080p CineWide projector in the Runco fleet. Its ample connections include two HDMI inputs and RS-232 control. This high-performance single-chip projector comes equipped with several integration features that make this affordable projector Runco caliber.
The RS-440 will ship in December 2007 staring at $4,995 MSRP. The RS-440LT will ship in December 2007 starting at $5,995 MSRP. The RS-900 is now shipping with starting at $8,995 MSRP.
