Revenew’s Database Management Tool Provides Web Marketing Solution
Revenew Systems founder explains her company's Web-based marketing solution for manufacturers and dealers.
Revenew Systems provides a Web-based marketing solution for both manufacturers and dealers.
"It's really a combo of three things," says Revenew founder Nasrin Thierer. "It's a database management tool, an online marketplace for creative [materials] and the tracking of campaigns through automated landing pages."
For manufacturers, Revenew Systems provides a means of supporting dealers with marketing assistance and simplified communications.
Manufacturers are able to present their latest offerings to their dealer base -- whether they're launching a new product or announcing available advertising co-op dollars.
For dealers, Revenew combines all of its marketing services power with "the ability to build and manage a business," according to Thierer.
Revenew takes a dealer's existing database and "profiles" it, cleaning up and filling out the info. "Whatever data is no good, we throw it out. Whatever's good, we add to it," Thierer says.
"Every dealer gets a private and secure online account. No one but the dealer will see their campaign information."
How does Revenew add to a database? It employs its partnerships with Experian and Axiom, two global business database providers. Addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses are updated. Customers are sorted by multifaceted demographics.
"We want to make sure the dealer has everything they need to maintain and update their database -- and that it will work for them," Thierer says. Once the database is cleaned up and functional, dealers can put it to use.
Revenew's online interface makes it easy for a dealer to manage a wide variety of marketing campaigns. Whether they send out "direct mail cards," with incentives to reply, or e-newsletters with embedded coupons, dealers can easily track their own solicitations, plus the response and success rates of those sales pitches.
They can also manage demographic-specific campaigns -- offering to only affluent, middle-aged bachelors, for example.
Leads are routed directly to dealers. Dealers can even be notified by remote device.
Thierer says pricing for dealers is $1,750 for an annual subscription -- about $145 a month.
"There is a small per piece price depending on direct-mail products," Thierer adds.
More than 60 Home Theater Specialists of America members leverage the services of Revenew.
But it's not an exclusive deal. Indeed, Revenew is encouraging every CE pro to consider signing on.
