Promounts at CEDIA Expo 2011 introduced its Ultra Slim line of wall mounts that are designed to complement ultra-thin TVs.
In response to the popularity and increasing demand of ultra-thin TVs, Promounts developed 9 models for its Ultra Slim line, including flat, tilt, pivot and articulating models that are available in satin charcoal and black.
The flat model features a 0.43-inch profile, while the articulating mounts range up to 1.8 inches. The pivot and articulating models feature cable management systems to hide all that cable clutter.
"With the Ultra Slim, we kept in mind the importance of the wall mounts modern design along the same plane of the new ultra-thin TVs in the market, offering the highest quality and ease of installation," says Rick Massoumi, CEO of Promounts.
Promounts Launches Mobile Site
Promounts also launched a mobile website that "allows users to more easily access product information and mount compatibility tables" on their Android, BlackBerry and iPhone devices.
Visitors can use the PromountFinder tool to choose the right wall mount that matches popular TV models.
Retailers and installers, as well as end-users are increasingly using mobile devices to access the internet, and Promounts’ mobile website will enable more users to instantly access the right information from virtually anywhere,” says Sam Ghahremanpour, president of Promounts.
"This initiative along with the use of QR codes on Promounts product documentation and packaging, combined with links to installation videos on installation manuals give the user instant access to the information they are looking for."
