North American Cable Equipment to Distribute E-Guide Services

North American Cable Equipment, Inc. (NACE) has entered into an agreement with E-Guide Services, Inc. (EGS) to become an authorized distributor of the EGS Television Guide Channel, E-GuideTV. As an E-GuideTV distributor, NACE will be responsible for the distribution of this value-added service delivered free of charge to the Hospitality Industry through its network of nearly 6,000 satellite TV dealers/installers.

NACE-approved dealers will have the opportunity to install complete E-GuideTV systems in hotels, apartment buildings, condominiums, gated communities, assisted living facilities, dormitories, and other lodging and residential sites. In addition, NACE will provide its dealers with the equipment while offering the dealers monthly residual payments. To facilitate quality and profitable installs as a NACE E-GuideTV dealer, NACE will provide its dealers with business and technical assistance in the form of agreements, marketing materials, system design review, equipment configuration support, pre-packed E-GuideTV head-ends, and system test procedures.
