Mouser, Intersil Ink Global Distribution Agreement

Mouser Electronics will distribute Intersil Corp.'s amplifiers, power modules, analog multiplexers, switches and more.

Mouser Electronics, Inc. has reached a worldwide distribution agreement with Intersil Corporation, a manufacturer of high-performance analog, mixed signal and power management semiconductors.

The agreement covers Intersil’s newest amplifiers, power modules, analog multiplexers, FET drivers, PWM controllers, interface ICs, switches and video ICs. Intersil's products are known to simplify the design process by integrating functions that design engineers need to make their products the best in their markets in a very efficient way.

“We are very pleased to welcome Intersil to our lineup of industry-leading semiconductor suppliers. Our collaboration with Intersil is great news for design engineers who want to speed their time-to-market,” says Mike Scott, Mouser’s vice president of semiconductors. “We look forward to a long, prosperous business relationship between our two companies.”

“Mouser has decades of experience as a trusted, authorized distributor of leading edge components for design engineers,” says David Loftus, senior vice president of worldwide sales and corporate marketing at Intersil. “This global agreement will allow us to expand our customer base with Mouser’s best-in-class service and streamlined logistics.”

Dallas-based Mouser Electronics, a subsidiary of TTI, Inc., is part of Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway family of companies and features more than 3 million products online from more than 450 manufacturers.
