Inside Panasonic’s Booth at InfoComm 09
We take a look at what Panasonic is showing at InfoComm 09 in Orlando, Fla.
It just wouldn't feel like a Panasonic booth without the company's familiar 103-inch plasma. But at InfoComm 09 in Orlando, Fla., Panasonic also brought along the 85-inch (TH-85PF12U) little brother.
The 1080p TH-85PF12U features Panasonic's Neo PDP technology, which is aimed at keeping it light, bright and consume less power.
Panasonic says it bridges the gap between 65- and 103-inch 1080p models for commercial, business and high-end home theater applications. The company adds that it boasts the world’s highest moving image resolution of 1,080 lines and highest contrast ratio of 40,000:1 (2,000,000:1 dynamic).
At 85 inches, the 3.9-inch main body depth appears remarkably thin. And it only weighs 296 pounds.
Although the TH-85PF12U garners a lot of attention at InfoComm 09, Panasonic has a variety new of digital signage and U-Touch touchscreen technology on display.
