HTSA Adds Digitech Custom AV as Member
Digitech Custom AV, a CE Pro 100 company based in Carmel, Ind., joins Home Technology Specialists of America buying group as 64th member.
The Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA) has welcomed Digitech Custom Audio & Video as its newest representative and 64th member nationwide.
Digitech, the No. 84 company on the CE Pro 100 with nearly $2 million in residential custom installation revenues, is based in Carmel, Indiana and specializes in innovative technical solutions and exceptional service, incorporating the very best audio, video, control, motorized shading and lighting systems available today.
Digitech, which acquired Integrated Home Technologies in 2011, has been in business for 23 years offering industrial, commercial and residential solutions. Digitech’s mission is to provide discerning clients with sophisticated technology, consultation and installation.
“HTSA represents the very best custom retailers and integrators in the country and we are proud and excited to become part of the HTSA family of companies," says Digitech president and CEO Mark Vyain. "We’ve served the greater Indy and Central Indiana market for 23 years with a staff that is second to none as we possess over 100 years of combined experience in design, engineering, room acoustics, information technology, business management, and installation services. And while technology has changed substantially, our mission remains the same: Keep technology simple!”
“Following our goal of adding like-minded members in markets that allow us to expand our coverage, we are thrilled to welcome Digitech to our family of dealers," says Bob Hana, who took over as HTSA managing director in Oct. 2011 for long-time executive director Richard Glikes. "Digitech is extremely focused and dedicated to a number of our existing vendor partners, which makes this addition best for all parties.”
