The company’s training and support initiatives features several elements including:
- Fuze engineers onsite during initial customer installations
- Bundled dealer demo systems pre-configured
- Via its partnership with the PC maker Velocity Micro, dealers will receive considerably discounted demo systems with extended terms
- In conjunction with Fuze reps nationwide, nationwide dealer training events will be offered
- Customized marketing support for end user marketing initiatives
Fuze has already established relationships with a number of rep firms, starting with Bassett Sales, Dean Cooper & Company, ERA and Novidor & Firestone. The company and its reps have jointly scheduled dealer training events for San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Dallas and Atlanta—with more to follow.
Bob Silver, VP of sales and marketing at Fuze Media Systems is also encouraging dealers to visit the company at booth number 1226 or its training session at EHX from Nov., 7-9.
“Our dealer training events will illustrate just how different and easy-to-install a Fuze system is,” he says. “Dealers will quickly understand how Fuze’s product and service commitment can help them develop considerable new business.”
