DVDO Air WirelessHD Streamer Gets Rid of Wires

Most wireless streamers we've seen look like a little black box. But DVDO is making the Air WirelessHD solution a standout.

The Air WirelessHD keeps the funkiness to its design, without creating a wired mess. It has a wireless transmitter, a wireless receiver and a receiver-mounting clip that attaches to the wall or on top of the TV.

Operating at 60GHz, the Air WirelessHD can stream 1080p video and 7.1 surround sound, for both 2D and 3D. It can also transmit HDMI signals, including those from the Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) protocol.

The Air WirelessHD is available now through authorized distributors and installers for $399.
