DSI Systems, Digital Delivery Group Form DSI DDG Alliance
Alliance provides custom integrators with largest inventory of flat-panel TVs.
DES MOINES, Iowa — DSI Systems, the nation's largest distributor of satellite and consumer electronic equipment, and Digital Delivery Group (DDG), the leading convergence and digital products-focused distribution consortium, today announced a strategic partnership creating the DSI DDG Alliance.
With 59 pickup facilities coast to coast, the alliance will provide custom integrators with the largest inventory of flat panel televisions in the industry, next day delivery to over 95% of the US, one stop shopping for virtually every component of custom installation, and the only custom distribution organization that provides DIRECTV.
"This strategic alliance between DSI Systems and DDG will give our dealers access to both more brands and more facilities across the country, providing more products and increased efficiency for the custom integration dealer," stated Doug Robison, President of DSI Systems. "We believe this is a win for both companies, and for the independent dealer."
"Both DSI and DDG cater to a vast network of installation professionals — DSI through the DIRECTV satellite channel and DDG through the custom installation channel," says David Kaplan, DDG's executive director. "Our combined customer base will be larger than any other distributor to custom integration retailers across the country."
