D-Tools SI5.5 Service Pack 3
D-Tools' latest software update, the newly released SI5.5 Service Pack 3 adds a host of new features to help installers manage their sales, design and inventory control processes to enable a more efficient workplace.
D-Tools has just introduced its new Service Pack 3 software upgrade that adds support for programs like QuickBooks 2011 and several new management features.
Small businessmen have to wear many hats that cover everything from in-the-field installations duties and programming, to sales, marketing and administration management.
D-Tools' latest software upgrade can't help integrators install a pair of in-wall speakers, but it can alleviate some of the behind-the-scenes, but necessary project bidding, planning and management processes. The Concord, Calif.-based company's new SI5.5 Service Pack 3 fixes some previous version bugs and it adds support to popular programs such as QuickBook 2011, Outlook 2010 and Visio 2010.
The company has also added limited support mechanisms for AutoCAD x64 installations, and other upgrades that include created dates and modified dates to project grids and a new built-in report proposal (equipment and labor) that shows equipment and labor prices side-by-side in proposal reports.
