Colorado vNet Intros Lighting/Control Modules, Software

Colorado vNet has launched three new lighting and control modules and the latest version of its vNet Builder lighting control design software.

The three new modules are the:

• Wireless RS-232/IR Module, which controls third-party devices and allows them to control them to trigger scene changes over RS-232
• Wireless Input/Output Module, which offers a low-voltage input channel and a low-voltage output channel
• Control Gateway, which lets third-party systems and devices trigger scenes in lighting systems, and vice versa

The company's new vNet Builder 4 design software allows floorplans to be created by dragging and dropping loads, sensors, modules and more and creating Bills of Materials, high voltage wiring and more.

"With the release of vNet Builder 4, we have addressed the requests of our integrators with numerous enhancements and features for more complex programming scenarios," says Scott Stephenson, director of product management and marketing.
