CES 2013 Preview: In Haiku
CES previews can be so boring. Here's a little something for those of us who are burned out on smart appliances, big TVs, connected cars and predictions for the new year.
Julie Jacobson · January 6, 2013
Some things never change and CES is one of them. CES 2013 will be much like CES 2012 and CES 2005 except people will have less hair, and Microsoft won’t be around.
This will be my 20th CES. What started as a few nostalgic haikus on Facebook somehow blossomed into this: a preview of this year’s event ... in haiku.
It starts with this:
Hand sanitizer? That too.
Aspirin? Got it.
The rest can be found in the slideshow. Warning, Gary Shapiro and PR people are all fair game.
Catch our illustrated CES 2013 haikus in the slideshow. Feel free to add your own in the comments section below.
