CEDIA to Conduct Education at SEN Event

Buying group Specialty Electronics Nationwide (SEN) has announced an educational partnership with the Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association (CEDIA). CEDIA will be co-sponsoring two free instructional seminars at the SENationwide PrimeTime! and CashBack Now! event at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, February 28 - March 3, 2010. These two seminars are featured sections in SEN’s PrimeTime! University.
The two sessions are:

• “Five Strategies to Managing a Successful & Profitable Custom Installation Business” conducted by CEDIA CEO Utz Baldwin on March 1, 2010. This session is designed to help business owners, CEOs and upper management dedicate their time and energy to proactively work on the systems within their business.
• “Compensation Strategies & Realities: How to Pay for Performance Without Busting the Budget” conducted by Steve Firszt of Fast Forward Business Coaching on Tuesday, March 2, 2010. This course will look at various compensation plans and how to create a culture that will increase employee potential, performance and loyalty.
