Audyssey Sub Equalizer Calibrates Home Theater Audio
Corrects the system's bass and helps integrate two subwoofers into home theaters.
Audyssey Laboratories has unveiled its Sub Equalizer, a new tool to help CE pros calibrate home theaters.
The Sub Equalizer uses MultEQ XT technology to correct the bass, fixing acoustic problems in both frequency and time domains.
The unit will also help integrate two subwoofers into a client's system. The Sub Equalizer automatically sets the delay level on each subwoofer.
"Our intention is to enable deep and accurate bass in any listening environment for every listener," says Michael Solomon, CEO of Audyssey. "This is part of our mission: to extend MultEQ and solve the most challenging sound reproduction problems for audio enthusiasts."
Audyssey will ship the Sub Equalizer on July 1. MSRP: $799
