05.05.2008 — Atlantic Technology has added the dipole/bipole IWTS-30 SR and the IWTS-14 SR surround sound speakers to its IWTS (In Wall Theater System) line.

The IWTS-30 SR and IWTS-14 SR feature a front-panel toggle, allowing users to select either dipole or bipole operation to meet their listening needs.

Both the IWTS-30 SR and the IWTS-14 SR feature dual two-way driver arrays facing front and rear.

The IWTS-30, which is THX Ultra certified, features two 5-1/4-inch GLH woofers, and two 1-inch soft dome tweeters, and is capable of linear response from 80 Hz - 20kHz.

The IWTS-14 SR, not THX certified, has the same tweeters, but employs smaller 4-1/2-inch GLH woofers, and a frequency response of 100 Hz - 20 kHz.

The IWTS-30 SR ($1,350 per pair) and IWTS-14 SR ($1,000 per pair) speakers are currently available.
