40 In-wall and In-Ceiling Loudspeakers
A roundup of options for your next audio install.
With the growth of home theater, multiroom A/V and home networks, consumers are increasingly desiring high-quality audio.
In-wall and in-ceiling speakers are driving the penetration of audio into consumers' homes. Unquestionably, the reason these products have become so popular is two-fold.
First, they are becoming less and less invasive. Second, manufacturers are constantly improving the quality of these products.
With consumer awareness growing, in-wall and in-ceiling speakers now rank among the best selling products for many manufacturers throughout the entire audio industry.

There are some really nice on-wall products available now. That could be a story that we do for a future issue.
If you’re looking for an interesting on-wall speaker product check out Pinnacle’s new on-ceiling product. It’s a nice idea that a lot of installers could find as a nice retrofit, out of sight, type of product.
There are also several soundbar products out there that are interesting too. I just saw some of Boston Acoustics new soundbar products and for short money they look like they are a nice attachment sale for installers selling flat-panel TVs into secondary rooms.

Nice pictures, but it would be better to get some tech data and some commentary/comparisons.

The on wall speaker segment will be booming too as now there are some killer on wall offerings out there.
On wall meets the needs of what the in wall provides with being gracefull to existing construction.
I’d love to see a follow up to this about on wall offerings and some comparisons too.
