2 West Coast Rep Firms Merge
Clarity AV Int'l and Vista Pacific Group merge to form Clarity Business Group covering Southern California, Arizona, Southern Nevada and Hawaii.
Two established Southern California manufacturer representative firms--Clarity AV International, Inc. and Vista Pacific Group, Inc.--have announced that they are forming a partnership. The principals of the respective companies, Mark Cichowski and Martin Byrne, are partners in the new entity, which is named Clarity Business Group.
Cichowski says, “This partnership is not due to need, but rather due to want. We both have solid companies and work with great manufacturers and dealers individually. Working together will allow us to service our clients more effectively, accelerate our mutual growth, and make us, and our partners, stronger overall. We are keeping the team together and the reps within the current organization will become part of the new company as well.”
Byrne adds, “In many instances, one plus one equals two. In this situation, we are looking at one plus one to equal four, five, etc. Mark and I did a lot of talking and discovery as to our plans in business and life. We both have a passion for the industry and this partnership allows us to better move forward with our professional and personal goals.”
The territories for the firm are Southern California, Arizona, Southern Nevada and Hawaii.

In my opinion Clarity is the Best Rep Firm on the West Coast and this will only make them better. Anyone who doesnt know Mark is really missing out on a great experience. He truly cares about this industry and takes care of us little guys.
