‘Resimercial’ Products & Messaging Resonate at CEDIA Expo

AtlasIED, a division of Mitek Electronics and Communications, showed its commercial market-focused Z Series amps at CEDIA Expo 2019. The Z Series 70V amps come in two-zone, 60W (Z2-B) version and a four-channel, 120W (Z4-B) version and are meant for small office environments. The all-in-one solution supplies sound masking, along with background music and paging.

For conference room applications where secure speech privacy is required, the amps feature a Speech Privacy Enhancement mode that can be engaged while a meeting is in progress. Speech Privacy Enhancement mode applies additional acoustical energy to the surrounding environment, increasing the privacy levels for the conference room occupants using the company’s proprietary Chanaud masking Filters. The amps can be mounted multiple ways including in-wall, surface mount, or rack mount. The front panel display allows for system programming as well as end user control post installation. The unit comes preconfigured with multiple sound masking filter presets.
