Coastal Source has expanded its outdoor lighting and audio portfolio with the introduction of two new EVO architectural lighting fixtures, a new black grille option for its Ovation in-ceiling speaker and an installation accessory for its Razor speaker lineup.
According to the company, the additions are designed to provide integrators and landscape lighting designers with more flexibility when specifying outdoor entertainment and architectural lighting systems.
New EVO Fixtures Expand Architectural Lighting Options
The latest additions to the company’s EVO lighting platform include the EVO Press Fit Shielded Surface Light and EVO Press Fit Semi-Shielded Surface Light.
According to Coastal Source, both fixtures are designed for installation in walls, stair risers, columns, pergolas and other architectural features while maintaining a low-profile appearance.

The EVO Press Fit Shielded Surface Light uses the company’s EVO 360+ LED Module to produce a soft, wide wash of light while concealing the light source to minimize glare. Coastal Source says the fixture is intended for applications where visual comfort and subtle architectural illumination are priorities.
The EVO Press Fit Semi-Shielded Surface Light is built around the EVO Direct LED Module and is designed for directional applications such as wall washing, column lighting and hardscape uplighting. The company says the fixture provides one-sided glare control while allowing for longer throw distances.

According to Coastal Source, both fixtures feature solid brass construction, meet or exceed NEMA 6/IP67 environmental standards and are available in Vintage Brass, White and Nickel finishes, with a Black finish planned for a future release. They also utilize the company’s Press Fit installation system to simplify installation across a range of outdoor applications.
“Our latest additions reflect our commitment to expanding the ways outdoor lighting and audio can be integrated into different environments,” said Jason Sanders, vice president of product management at Coastal Source, in the announcement. “From greater control over illumination to more finish options and increased installation flexibility, our focus is on helping customers create cohesive outdoor spaces without compromising design or performance.”

Audio Portfolio Receives New Finish and Installation Options
Alongside the lighting additions, Coastal Source has introduced a black grille option for its Ovation in-ceiling speaker.

According to the company, the new finish is intended for projects with darker architectural aesthetics while maintaining the speaker’s discreet appearance. The Ovation speaker was introduced as Coastal Source’s first in-ceiling speaker for covered outdoor spaces.
The company also highlighted its recently introduced Razor Hardscape Bracket, which enables freestanding installations of its 300 Series Razor speakers in locations where wall mounting is impractical.
According to Coastal Source, the bracket expands deployment options for the slim-profile outdoor speakers while supporting the company’s broader goal of providing more installation flexibility across its outdoor audio ecosystem.
