Audio Advice Live Returns for Fifth Year with Expanded Home Theater, Audio Showcases

Audio Advice Live returns Aug. 7-9 with more than 60 demo rooms, Dolby Atmos theaters, educational sessions and North American product debuts for home entertainment enthusiasts.

Audio Advice Live will return to Raleigh, N.C., Aug. 7-9, marking the fifth edition of the consumer-focused home entertainment event with more than 60 demonstration rooms, over 10 Dolby Atmos theater systems, and a slate of educational sessions centered on high-performance audio and video.

Held at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel, the three-day event is designed for consumers interested in home theater, high-performance audio and smart home technology. According to Audio Advice, attendees will be able to audition the latest loudspeakers, projectors, televisions, turntables, headphones and other AV products while interacting with manufacturers, industry experts and content creators.

Among the participating brands are Anthem, Bowers & Wilkins, Focal, JBL Synthesis, JVC, KEF, Klipsch, Lyngdorf, Marantz, McIntosh, Samsung, Sonus faber and Sony.

In addition to product demonstrations, Audio Advice Live will feature a series of “Deep Dive” educational sessions covering topics including room acoustics, projector and screen performance, loudspeaker design, physical media, home theater calibration, subwoofer integration and emerging projector technologies. The event will also include an opening-night keynote from Audio Advice CEO Scott Newnam, followed by a live concert at Raleigh’s Lincoln Theater.

This year’s event will showcase several high-end home theater demonstrations and product debuts, including an Epson QL7000 projector paired with a 200-inch Stewart Filmscreen and MartinLogan loudspeakers, a Trinnov and Ascendo Audio theater featuring a 32-inch infrasonic subwoofer, Sony’s latest RGB display panels, and new Sonus faber Arena series speakers. Audio Advice also plans to host the North American debuts of the Focal Diva Alta Utopia and Sonus faber Olympica speaker series. Additional attractions include an immersive McLaren racing simulator, golf simulator demonstrations and a CI Flex Space highlighting residential AV and smart home applications.

Audio Advice Live is open to the public and offers one-day and three-day passes, with admission including access to demonstration rooms, educational sessions and the opening-night event. The show runs Aug. 7-9 in Raleigh, N.C.
