Whether it’s right or wrong, there’s a perception that in order to have good audio in a home a person needs big speakers, amplifiers and several robust source components. In reality, however, setup, room environment and an easy-to-use interface is just as important.

Sharp’s new XL-HF202P Executive Component System is a small-footprint, multipurpose audio solution that is reasonably priced and designed to integrate into a variety of home environments.

Proving that size isn’t everything, the XL-HF202P is capable of producing 100 watts of power. Sharp offers users a choice of features highlighted by a Lightning Dock for iPods, iPads and iPhones, as well as a USB input, a CD player, Bluetooth and an AM/FM tuner.

To aid dealers, the system also includes options such as subwoofer out, equalization (EQ), RCA inputs, and support for Android products (Android Open Accessory) for use with non Apple iOS devices.
