Sony to Show Digital Signage, Live Meetings, 4K at ISE 2013 [PR]
Sony 4k Ultra HD for home and business at ISE 2013
Sony will be showcasing its full line-up of business, education and home cinema projectors, digital signage solutions, corporate live meeting and audio solutions, as well as its public displays and BRAVIA professional displays. Visitors will be given the opportunity to experience Sony’s latest solutions, which are shaping the future of the AV industry, demonstrating how Sony is delivering on its ‘Year of AV Innovations’ vision.
At ISE 2012, Sony outlined its vision to lead the way in display technologies and the future of AV and is proud to say that it’s achieved this having released over 25 new display products in 2012. Sony has also paved the way in display innovation with the release of its BRAVIA 4K TV for professional audiences.
At ISE 2013 Sony will showcase a number of unique solutions that unify products from across Sony’s portfolio in AV media and audio not traditionally offered to the ISE audience in the past. By combining extensive knowledge in AV media, audio and displays, Sony will introduce an end-to-end corporate live meeting solution that no other manufacturer can offer. This will enable businesses to capture events live and then distribute the content out to distant audiences, whenever they need.
Sony will also be showcasing its value add classroom capture and DWZ audio solutions for the education market, enabling teachers and students to create and have access to even more content outside of the classroom. These solutions bring together established Sony audio visual products in new and innovative ways, combining systems like OPSIGATE, SD/HD audio/ video switcher, multi-purpose camera systems, with PUD, BRAVIA B2B flat panel displays and corporate and education projectors.
Sony also sees ISE as a great opportunity to showcase its offering to the retail space with its new BRAVIA digital signage solution. For the first time retailers will gain the power to create their own bespoke HTML content for their digital signage and turn one display into multiple eye-catching screens via a network. There will also be Sony’s award winning home projection equipment, which is leading the way for 4K entertainment with the BRAVIA 84” TV and VPL-VW1000ES
Adam Fry, Head of Product and Volume at Sony Europe, notes: “Last year we set out with a strong vision for the AV market focussing on how Sony could be a key player. This year we didn’t just continue with that vision, but went above and beyond it, combining our different strengths and broad knowledge to provide solutions for the education, corporate signage, retail and home cinema markets. We have progressed from shaping the future of AV to delivering it.”
Sony will be exhibiting at ISE 2013, stand number 1-H100. For more information, please visit: http://www.pro.sony.eu/ise
