SANTA BARBARA, Calif. and CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Sonos, Inc., the leading developer of wireless multi-room music systems, today announced that Bob Spaner has joined Sonos as the new Managing Director of Americas & Pacific Sales Regions. Spaner will oversee North and South America, Australia & Asia sales out of Sonos' Cambridge, Mass. headquarters and will report to Sonos President & COO Phil Abram.

Spaner brings more than 25 years of proven consumer electronics experience to Sonos. Before joining Sonos, Spaner served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kevro International (Monitor Audio USA) out of Toronto, ON. Prior to Kevro, Spaner held the position of Executive Vice President at Boston Acoustics, and also led the sales, marketing, and OEM teams during his more than 16 years at the company.
