10.08.2008 — Sonance is adding three outdoor speakers to its Landscape Series — the RK83, RK63 and SoundHenge Redux.

The RK83 and RK63 are both UV-resistant rock speakers with resin construction and aluminum and stainless steel hardware.

The SoundHenge Redux is an enclosure that accommodates any Mariner 50 or Mariner 60 weather-resistant speaker. All three of units come in granite and brown finishes and will ship in December.

RK63

The RK63 is a 2-way speaker with a 6.5-inch polypropylene woofer and a 1-inch Polyurethane dome tweeter.

Other features:

• Frequency response of 50Hz - 20kHz (±3dB)
• Sensitivity rating of 89dB
• Impedance of 8 ohms

The RK63 is 11-inches high x 10.5-inches wide x 14-inches deep.

RK83

The 8-inch 2-way RK83 also features an 8-inch Polypropylene woofer and a 1-inch Polyurethane tweeter.

It offers a frequency response of 40Hz - 20KHz (±3dB), a 90dB sensitivity rating and an impedance of 8 ohms. The RK83, rated for 150 Watts of power, is 14-inches high x 14.25-inches wide x 17.75-inches deep.

SoundHenge Redux

This unit is a weather-resistant enclosure designed to house any Mariner 50 Series and 60 Series outdoor speaker. It features a Resin enclosure, stainless steel hardware and a mounting system for installation of the Mariner speakers.

The SoundHenge Redux is 18-inches wide x 14-inches high x 13-inches deep.
