Singer Tony Orlando Endorses Vutec ArtScreen

Pompano Beach, Fla. – Legendary Singer/Entertainer Tony Orlando, best known for his hit 70’s TV show, Tony Orlando and Dawn Rainbow Hour on CBS, television’s first multi-ethnic variety show, and his three #1 hits, "Tie A Yellow Ribbon Round the Old Oak Tree," "Knock Three Times," and "He Don’t Love You," has enthusiastically endorsed Vutec’s ArtScreen.

Mr. Orlando’s initial favorable comments, given gratuitously, came after he saw an actual ArtScreen at an authorized Vutec dealership in Branson, Missouri, the singer’s hometown. Later, while entertaining in the South Florida area, Mr. Orlando visited Vutec Corporation’s manufacturing facility and headquarters in Pompano Beach, and became even more impressed with the company’s operation.

It was at this point that Mr. Orlando offered to provide an official endorsement for advertising purposes. In appreciation, Vutec installed an ArtScreen at the entertainer’s home in Branson.

Tony’s endorsement will appear in a full-page ArtScreen ad that will appear in the July and August issues of CE Pro.

The ad’s headline reads, “I Can’t Stop Raving About ArtScreen!” The original statement by Mr. Orlando, which was necessarily cut for advertising purposes, read:

“I can’t stop raving about ArtScreen. When you’re not watching TV, rather than stare at a blank flat panel TV screen, here’s a chance to appreciate a fine piece of artwork of my choice that quietly rolls up or down with the click of a remote. ArtScreen enhances the décor of your Great Room, bedroom, den, lobby – anywhere in the home – including my own home! What a brilliant product. I absolutely love ArtScreen”

Tony Orlando resides and entertains in Branson, Missouri, the major entertainment center. Tony also wows audiences with gigs around the country, including Las Vegas. He still helps host The Jerry Lewis telethon each Labor Day, and is a close friend of Mr. Lewis. He is currently featured on TV commercials promoting NutriSystem with coast-to-coast spots, having lost over 100 pounds with the diet meal plan system.
