When this 1080p monster is powered on, the stand raises and the loudspeaker surfaces.
Here’s the description from the official press release:
When the TV is turned on, the screen will elegantly elevate itself to the optimal viewing position, and the seamlessly integrated BeoLab 10 centre loudspeaker will emerge underneath the screen, moving forward until it is flush with the front frame of the screen. At the same time, the screen will turn and tilt according to the user’s preferences. When the TV goes into standby mode, the whole process is repeated in reverse; all at the touch of a button on the Beo5 remote control.
The BeoVision 4-103 includes VisionClear technology to automatically adjust color and brightness. Every 120 hours — the TV gets re-calibrated. How's that for self-sufficient?
Bang & Olufsen is shipping the TV in July. MSRP: $135,000.
