OmniMount Revamps Wall Furniture Designed to Manage Components Near Ultrathin TVs
OmniMount announces a collection of wall furniture solutions with quick installations, ultrathin profiles and compact designs.
Phoenix, AZ — OmniMount, the global leader in consumer and commercial A/V solutions, is announcing four new wall furniture pieces with enhanced functionality, performance and a fresh new appearance, targeted at installers looking for a quick component solution and retailers seeking unique furniture options. The Blade1 and Blade2 are single- and double-shelf wall furniture pieces with one-piece frames for fast installation. The Mod1 is a refined single-shelf unit that provides ample space for component management in a small retail-friendly package, and the Mod1FP links together a TV wall mount and Mod1 component shelf for a complete TV and component wall solution.
The Blade1 and Blade2 are designed with switchblade-like shelves that can be easily mounted by a single installer. Each offers hassle free cable and component management and can be used with a TV or as a standalone piece. The 1.2-inch profile complements ultrathin TVs and each shelf supports up to 35 pounds.
The Mod1 wall furniture shelf can be used alone or stacked with additional units to organize one or more components near a flat panel. The spine has a slim .94-inch mounting profile and 12.5-inch deep shelf that supports up to 30 pounds, suitable for today’s common gaming and video components.
The Mod1FP links a Mod1 wall furniture shelf with a low profile flat panel wall mount, making it easier than ever to perfectly align a TV above a component. The cable management channel allows cables to be routed between the TV and component, and further concealed to the floor or power source. The Mod1FP provides an alternative to running cables through a wall, making it ideally suited for block-wall applications.
