JVC Intros 4 New D-ILA Projectors, Including 2 THX Certified
Two consumer and two professional projector models announced.
09.04.2008 — JVC is introducing four new D-ILA high-definition projectors, including two that offer THX Certification.

The two THX certified models, the DLA-HD750 and DLA-RS20, include THX Movie Mode. The video setting is designed for optimal projector brightness by establishing "the display's gamma, luminance, color temperature and other settings," according to JVC.

Technologies used in the projectors include:
- JVC's proprietary 0.7-inch full HD D-ILA devices
- Native contrast ratios of 30,000:1 (DLA-HD750/DLA-RS20), 17,000:1 (DLA-RS10) and 15,000:1 (DLA-HD350)
- Silicon Optix's HQV Reon-VX video processing
The two THX certified models, the DLA-HD750 and DLA-RS20, include THX Movie Mode. The video setting is designed for optimal projector brightness by establishing "the display's gamma, luminance, color temperature and other settings," according to JVC.

- 2x motorized zoom lenses
- Customized on-screen gamma controls
- +/-80 percent vertical and +/-34 percent horizontal motorized lens shift functions
- external 12-volt triggers
- HDMI 1.3 Deep Color
