10.14.2008 — Intelix is shipping its DIGI-DVI-F, a DVI balun that distributes a HD DVI-D signal up to 150 feet over two unshielded twisted pair cables.

DIGI-DVI-F supports 480i, 480p, 720p and 1080i video up to 150 feet. It also carries video with a 1680 x 1050 resolution 100 feet and 1920 x 1200 resolutions 60 feet.

Other features:
  • Support of standard HD and VESA resolutions
  • Support of DDWG standard for DVI-compliant monitors
  • Compatibility with Macs
The HDCP-compliant DIGI-DVI-F includes a send unit, receiver and power supply. It can be powered on either the send or receiver end.
