IEEE Makes 802.11n Standard Available for Free Download
Wireless networking standard was first published in Oct. 2009 but this is the first chance dealers have to download the document for free.
As wireless home networks become even more ubiquitous, it's vital for CE pros to have all the reference material at hand. That's why it's welcome news that the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) has just released the 802.11n standard as a free download.
Integrators will be allowed to retrieve, download and print only one electronic version of the spec per person. You may only retain one document for your personal use, according to the download terms and conditions on the website.
The standard covers high-speed wireless LANs and was officially released in October 2009.
