Press Release: DBL Distributing Names Lee Sherman Director of Product Replenishment
Sherman, who has over 25 years experience, will be responsible for the replenishment of DBL's 20,600 SKUs.

05.08.2008 — SCOTTSDALE, AZ. – DBL Distributing LLC, one of the largest and fastest growing distributors of consumer electronics products and accessories in the United States, today announced the appointment of Lee Sherman as Director of Product Replenishment.

In his new role, Lee will lead the teams responsible for the replenishment of DBL’s 20,600 SKUs. DBL’s product replenishment department maintains ownership of all 20,600 SKUs for DBL’s three warehouses: Jonestown, PA, Mira Loma, CA and Scottsdale, AZ. They drive all inventory replenishment initiatives including: inventory and vendor forecasting, product and stock level analysis, financial planning and inventory replenishment.

“Lee is a seasoned buyer with excellent leadership and analytical skills. His background of successfully managing complex product portfolios proves he is well qualified for this new position,” stated Tim Coakley, Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Purchasing for DBL Distributing. “With an expertise in product purchasing and inventory management, Lee will be an excellent role model to the replenishment buyers and make this department very successful.”

Lee Sherman is an experienced buyer with over 25 years of industry knowledge and expertise. His successful career is highlighted by notable companies such as Recoton and Go-Video. Prior to this promotion, Lee held the position of Senior Buyer for Bluetooth, Custom Installation, Computer Accessories and Security. In his position he built strong relationships with vendors and made informed purchasing decisions related to product selection, product pricing, stock levels and replenishment.
